Taking the Golden Road

Located in an industrial area of Los Angeles, Golden Road is quite charming both inside and out. For lunch, bite into the tomato Caprese sandwich, which consists of mozzarella, Roma tomatoes, basil pesto, balsamic reduction and olive oil, $8. Each sandwich comes with your choice of deli salad. And not to be forgotten is their beer. Low in alcohol content, Golden Road's brews are flavorful and intended to be savored, not consumed for the pleasure of seeking a buzz.

Bad to the Bones

Pink Taco's Día de los Muertos vibe fits in well with the Rock N' Roll vibe of the Sunset Strip.

Stop Forrest Stop, Run Forrest Run

Gosh, Forrest is but only a man. He can only do one or the other, not both. Make up your mind!
Beer and dessert, yum!

Mixing a blend of pale and caramel malts, Anchor Steam's beer gently carbonates in cellars via a process called kräusening.
You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it... Bubba would be proud.
